   I need to do a System Restore and am being told that they
   couldn't find my files. They suggested that because my
   Anti Virus was running and to temporarily disable it.
   Can't find anywhere on their site saying how this is done.
   I tried right clicking on the icon, but nothing about closing
   it. Any help would be appreciated.

   Perhaps you need to enable your System Restore facility.
   'System Restore is not enabled by default for any drives.'
