Can I Turn A Smartphone Into A "dumbphone"?

    Hello,

    My 13 year old has developed an attitude. I would like to turn his iPhone 13 into a "dumbphone".

    I want him to be able to receive/make phone calls and texts from myself and his mom ONLY, and be able to call 911. That's it.

    No internet, no music, no vids, no games, no email, etc.

    Is this possible?
