    Hi all I am trying to get my friends laptop to stop using so much memory and CPU usage it is bogging down her computer. She has a Lenovo windows 11 home with 16 gigs memory.

    I have youtubed myself to death trying to fix these issues. Where it is coming from is Firefox browser and Antimaleware service Excutable. I need your help if you are able to help me fox these issues I would appreciate it.

    You need the MS Sysinternals suite to get a full understanding of what is using memory and cpu. It is not possible to help you with just the info you have given.
