New Hp Windows11 Aio

hello everyone. I'm so excited to finally be a part of this community, one because I'm PC illiterate and two because I've known about you for so long but never needed to ask for anything. I've taught myself somethings over the years, but I don't understand why I can't get windows 11 running Edge, why won't let me go to certain websites, and it wide ranging too.
is there a setting I'm missing somewhere that will let me go where I want when I want to, ALA W10??

Can you install and run another browser, such as Firefox or Brave? Seeing as how you got here (welcome, by the way!), I have to assume so. That being the case, I would run the other browser and let Edge languish...er, fix itself with the next round of updates, I meant.

Gotta admit, though, this is a new one by me: Microsoft Windows not being able to run its own browser. Weird.
