Microsoft Teams Useful Or Not?

Has anyone used this app? Is it worth keeping or should I just uninstall it? It was installed during a reinstall of MS Office 2021 Professional Plus.

 

We *use* it at work, but I'll just say this, the best statement about Teams I've seen was "I want to make enough money to never have to use Teams again."

 

we use teams at work and I can say this hardly no-one likes it but we are forced to use it.

 

Now Skype will be retired I believe Teams will be the official replacement.

 

Thanks for the replies. I found out there are actually TWO programs you have to uninstall to get rid of Teams: the program itself and the Teams Machine Wide Installer. I learned this after I uninstalled Teams using Revo Uninstaller, only to find it had been reinstalled via the Machine Wide Installer. Sneaky, sneaky Microsoft. BTW, I asked a friend of mine who says her company uses Teams what she thought of it and, well, let's just say her response was less than family friendly! The least offensive words were "about as useful as using a eunuch as a sperm donor."
