I have a LAN Controller which I used to use from more than 7 years.
Its small server has a http interface, listening on a specific port, offering the possibility of setting the device and control some other devices through it. This controller is also able to send mail messages in case of some defined inputs, it let me see the rooms temperatures, I am/was able to start and close the heating system(s) (powering ON/Off some relays) and some more.
I used to have a small shortcut icon on my mobile phone and accessed the above mentioned interface almost daily. Now I am not able do do it, anymore.
I still can do it from the (Windows) desktop browsers (Google Chrome), even if it displays `Not secure` and the known triangle with "!" inside...
When I try accessing the site in the mobile version (of Google Chrome), it is not possible, anymore, showing (theoretically) a clear reason for that, respectively:
"This site can't provide a secure connection
    mydomain.....ro sent an invalid response
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
    "
Samsung bowser behaves the same, except the fact that it did not specify the error type (the last row in the above error description).
I tried applying a lot of suggestions found on the internet: setting the same time, clearing browsing history etc.
I had in mind that only https sites need SSL/TTL encryption...
Anyhow, knowing that the site is not harmful, isn't it a possibility to place the address in discussion on a white list letting me to access it?
What settings to be done on mobile to do it, or something else to let me connect?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks!
I am not sure I understand what you mean by "FF"...
Supposing that you are referring to Firefox would it be a correct supposition?
Anyhow, I started downloading Mozilla Firefox for Android, I will install it and try setting HTTPS-Only Mode as shown in the linked page.
If something will go wrong or something else is needed, I will come back and ask for clarifications.

    Installed Firefox 137 (build #2016081319)
HTTPS-Only Mode is set as Off by default.
I copied the necessary URL in the browser window, but it cannot open it neither...
    It displays "Secure connection failed
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem
    ."

The single option is a `Try Again` button. Pressing it determines the same return.

Pressing the not secure icon it also display `Connection is not secure`.

I also tried enabling HTTPS-Only Mode hoping to see the shown messages and being able to choose Continue to HTTP site. But there is no option like Continue to HTTP Site. Or Go Back (Recommended)...

Am I doing something wrong? Is it necessary to also make some preliminary settings specifically related to the respective URL? Or something else?

In the meantime, I simple tried accessing http://example.com/ and it worked!
So, it does not look to be simple related only to http...
This looked interesting, but I cannot imagine what should I learn from this aspect and in which direction to really act hoping to understand more.
Can you suggest anything based on the fact that it can access simple http sites but not the server I need interface?
I have dynamic IP and in order to access the LAN Controller server I use dinamic DNS followed by the listening port. I do the same for accessing it from my laptop and it works. It does not look probable that this cannot be handled by the mobile phone, I think...

I've just installed Opera for Android and I could handle the sever connection without any special setting.
    I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox.
