All My Mapped Drives Have Red X's

When I logged on today, I was attempting to update my Plex server with updates and noticed that my mapped network drives are all X'd out. See Snapshot below. I have a Synology NAS where the K drive goes to and all of the mapped drives go to.

I thought it was my VPN, so I uninstalled it, rebooted. Why does it do this and I certainly hope I do not have to remap my drives because I don't think there will be enough letters left. Also, I just had to redo my shortcut to login to the NAS as it changed the IP address. So irritating.

If I need to go somewhere else, please advise. I have been coming here for years. I appreciate any input you may have.

Ok, I see now what I need to do. The IP address changed for my NAS, so now I have to update it in the mapping. I just tried the top one, Cardiovascular, and it wouldn't let me changed the 9 to a 6. It lets me back space up to it, but doesn't let me change it. What? No editing feature? I have to disconnect and remap? I know I need to make the Synology a static IP. Just unsure where to do that on my Modem from CenturyLink. I will have to hunt around if I get time.

http://192.168.0.6:5000 - log in - Control Panel > Network> Network Interface> right click on the Connected interface select edit, change to manual config.
But you should change the scope of your DHCP not to include the number you're wanting to static or find the settings in the router to give that device a specific ip -DHCP Reservations.
OR use the server name instead of IP. \\servername\sharename forexample -mine is NAS and I use "net use s: \\nas\shared"
to delete all the mappings and start over.
First back them up, open CMD, type: net use >drives.txt
Pay attention to the path in the command window, that is where it will save the txt file if you need to recall that info.
then type: NET USE * /d
This will delete all mappings if you want to start over using the hostname instead.

Question, why are all the drives just mapped to the same share\plex? you can go deeper, \\hostname\plex\folder\folder.. Is everything in the 'root' of Plex, why map different drives?
