Cable modem: Arris SBG-6700AC connect to Cox cable

I connect to the cable modem from my laptop via WiFi.

I have not signed into the modem in quite some time. Today I tried from Chrome, Firefox and Edge on my laptop to connect to 192.168.0.1 and received the following message:

This site can’t provide a secure connection
    192.168.0.1 uses an unsupported protocol.
    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

How can I sign into the modem?

Is my problem that the modem is out of date with old no longer supported protocols, and I need to purchase a new one?
