   If you have a older HP laptop like i do. They are no longer keeping drivers after 9 years.Which is a bad move on there part.

   If you plan ahead, you make images and that has all the needed drivers. Our two laptops (Acer) used daily were purchased in 2011 and 2013. When I got the laptops, I listed non-Microsoft drivers and burned the drivers to a CD.
