Not sure all the information needed. I have received 3 BSOD's in less than a week, it was labeled as NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE. It then automatically restarts my laptop and it runs as normal. The first 2 were a day apart, the 3rd came this afternoon. I have zipped and uploaded the log dumps for these errors. Opened these in Windbg and couldn't really decipher what was causing the BSOD. I did run a Windows Memory test and this came back with no issues found. I haven't installed any new software lately. Ran malware scans and nothing besides tracking cookies pulled. Below is all what I have, let me know if anything else is needed.

This looks like a CPU issue. Is your heat sink clean, and is the fan functioning properly?

I haven't opened this laptop in a few years now to replace the RAM and put a new battery in. Back then, the fan didn't seem that dirty and dusty but it could be now, I can check.

    1. What is the proper way to clean a heatsink?
    2. Is there any tests to run to confirm if the fan is working properly?

Well, as far as the fan, you should feel air passing through the vents when it's running. I believe I found an image of your laptop. The heat sink is copper, and the fan is the large grey assembly. HP laptop MGs.jpg
