Win7/64 Laptop Stopped Working Today!

Hi! My Win7/64 laptop at a day program stopped working today: in the middle of the startup process, it stopped responding. It worked only once, and when it did work, I eventually found while trying to run a program on a RAM drive that the drive was unavailable. I don't remember the name of the driver, but it complained that the driver couldn't be accessed. When I tried the system repair, it said that Windows cannot startup because a device needed to start the system was inaccessible. I could use a USB system repair program. Where can I find one? BTW, I believe I have the Home Premium edition.

 

Yesterday, at the day program, a staff told me that she'll set up the computer for repair. I should've told her about the sound issue but was having problems.

 

My laptop at program was replaced today, and the new computer---a larger one--is better. Now, I have to stuff it. Also, my mother visited me there, and a new home is being arranged along with her being registered there.
