I need to seek legal advice. :(

My belongings are at my sister's house. She decided to act crazy and accuse our sister and I of doing something I know nothing about. So as it stands, I cannot get access to her home to gather my things.

The thing is, I already rang up loads of legal firms yesterday. The usual put off excuses and Law Society of Scotland hooey was blasted my way.

Yeah. Direct people to a site with solicitors already listed on Google.

    What a bore. :D

I would recommend on getting local police involved. This sounds more like of a civil case.

Have them there with you to get your things.

    To keep the peace.

And ask them to take reports down and request a copy.Even body cameras.

I actually rang the tossers up at least three times. The cops previously broke into my flat last year looking for things they could use against me regarding a crazy woman on a site for escorts that I messaged online, who bragged on Twitter that she sued me because she's a cow. Then nobody fixed the door. They just left a pile of unsigned incident report cards, never bothering to indicate what station they were from. The door could not even be locked.

Two of my sisters went there to clear out my things in the autumn of last year. There were mice droppings everywhere, but it was a chore trying to keep the accommodation clean with the large number of rodents infesting the building.

My older sister asked one of the concierges in the side office for a key to access the flat and he refused to provide one, as well as lying about the vermin, and making out he'd never heard of me.

My sis did manage to get into the main entrance when someone opened the door, and she seen a notice warning residents not to discard food on the grass because of the problem they faced. Then I was told "the lock was changed" in a follow up call - clearly to cover up being reported for leaving the flat in such a state.

If you think that's bad, some crazy old man and his equally psychotic son had two men lured to their flat in 2022, only to be massacred. There was blood all over the locus. The men had parts of their bodies cut off, and nails and a blowtorch was used, with a hammer left embedded in one of the victims. Definitely not a safe area to live in!

Luckily for me, I don't recall meeting the sickos at that tower block in Edinburgh, but the elder MacLeod was supposedly the inspiration for a rough gangster character in the novel, Trainspotting. He had been jailed before for slicing open his wife's face with a bottle opener.

    As for my sister...

She acts weird and makes out people she doesn't know, plot against her. Seems to coincide with a major mental disorder she refuses to do bugger all about. Because she shouts at strangers outdoors, claims people know where she goes, so they can serve as spies for this person, and so on. She also apparently lied to me about her mobile data account, just so she could retain my bank card information after I added it as a one time favour.

In the summer of last year, I put my debit card details on Smarty so she could get her data topped up. Then she was supposed to log in before the following month ended, and put her info in place of mine, as I only paid for data as a favour for that one time.

The payment plan was unfortunately set to auto-renew. She then made out someone could hack her Wi-Fi, and seemed to be acting very jumpy and defensive. But she insisted she could not regain access to the Proton Mail account connected to her account with Smarty, and that she had emailed me to let them know of the issue.

Also, she claims a ghost is in her house touching her body, or hiding stuff. She's definitely a right proper nutjob, for sure, so I am glad not to be on talking terms with the traitor and headcase, since I was essentially stabbed in the back. Her own kids aren't even with her either. She's now only allowed letterbox contact due to her mental illness.

As much as I think the court is bent and they have shafted me over daft petty things repeatedly, she definitely isn't right in the head. A court wouldn't just decide to remove 4 kids for no reason, after all. And she has a cat aged 6, locked up in a cage in her kitchen. And all it does is meow all day.

When I rang up the RCSPCA recently, they brushed off my report as 'speculation' when I revealed that I could not provide any proof, like a video. I was not impressed with the woman on the line. An animal is in distress.

    She needs help. And fast!
