Okay. This computer can't get on the internet still, so I've been pasting your code into notepad on my USB and then copying it and clicking fix on FRST from there.
Are we still preparing for a fresh install of Windows?
I'll get this going, and post the log soon. Thanks!

That fix was quicker than I expected, so here's the log. I think it may have been so fast because part of it didn't work...
I forgot to mention earlier that her sound does not work at all, and her display brightness cannot go up or down. I don't know if this is information that is useful to you or not. I'll be back in an hour or so. Thanks for helping, and have a good night if you're gone by the time I'm back!

    Very good, thanks.

Create a System Restore Point and name it BC. If it is not successfully created stop and let me know.

Zip the C:\WINDOWS\Minidump folder and attach it to your reply.

Sorry it took me so long to get back. I cannot open System Protection. I've tried both options:

    • Select Start, type Create a restore point in the search box, and then select Create a restore point from the results.
    • Use the keyboard shortcut Start +R, type systempropertiesprotection.exe and press Enter
When I try the first option, once I select Create a restore point, nothing happens. If on the right, below this, I click Open, nothing happens.
With option 2, after I press enter, nothing happens.

I tried searching for it in the Windows Settings, and I found Point-in-time Restore, but this does not seem to be the same thing.
Is there somewhere else I can try to go?

This computer still cannot connect to the internet. Can I download this to to a USB and then extract it to the desktop?

I just wanted to let you know that it's working so far, just taking a long time. No issues yet.

    Here are the tweaking logs.

The computer is somewhat improved: the right side of the task bar is back, the display brightness will adjust, and Windows Defender is working now.

But the Logitech icon and Windows Security warning still will not go away, and comes up for most things I try to open. Some programs don't work (Avast, her game manager). The sound will not turn on. It cannot connect to the internet, and seems to have lost the capability to do so.

I can't believe you haven't exhausted your resources yet! I got a little too excited when I saw the right side of the task bar was back. I attached some pictures of how it looks now.

Lots of tools for lots of issues.....

One of the Tweaking reports is providing inconclusive information about an important part of your system. We need to run the below again.

    ===================================================

DISM RestoreHealth from Administrator Command Prompt

    --------------------
    • Press the Windows Key, type cmd, then select Run as administrator
    • Copy and paste DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth after the command prompt then hit Enter
    • Patiently wait as the process may take a long time to complete
    • When completed report whether the process was successful or an error occurred
