Laplink Pcmover Professional

I got a new PC (going from old Windows 10 PC to a new one) and haven't set it up yet because I am dreading installing all the programs and setting them up. Has anyone every used Laplink's PCmover to set up your new computer? Does it reliably transfer all you programs?

I am not so concerned with the files I have because I would just remove the current SSD 2nd drive which backs up all my files, install on the new computer and then copy files to the C drive in the new computer.
