Not Responding

I am constantly getting the above on all my internet programs...Ihave maxxed out my ram on this old beast so that avenue is not available....anyone have a suggestion or three???

You could hit the Windows key, type "resource monitor," and open it to see what's what.
Once you get it open, you'll see different tabs, i.e., Overview, CPU, Disk, and Network. Open each and scrutinize what's going on while you are receiving that message.

Well..I deleted my browser cache..now none of my passwords work...I did a system restore but still facebook wants me to sign in..Im asked for a pin..and Ive reset it twice but I keep getting an error message saying it's wrong..I'm trying a reset but not sure if that will work so I think I may have to reinstall windows.If I recall there is a free iso that can be used..othwise I' screwed!

I went into incognito..and went to facebook..and it took my password..glory be!!!!!

what version of windows are you running.
