Win11/64: Choose File To Open Executing My Context Menu Extensions

    Hi! Years ago, I wrote two programs for Windows that add context menu items to registered file extensions, and when I try to choose one of those items, Windows displays the Choose File to Open dialog box instead of the command. I attached the exported Registry keys for one of the file extensions. The exom? keys are from my program, where ? is a number. What's wrong with these entries?
