Ads Speaking On Phone All Of A Asudden

My wife an I both use Google Pixel phones. All of a sudden (not at the same time) we would hear low volume talking coming from our phone. It seems to be some sort of ads. The only thing we have in common is for years we have been using F-Secure on them and that recently became "F-Secure Kiren" and we had to walk through a set up. I can't imagine security software all of a sudden installing some sort of malware of something to send these strange ads to our phones. Any ideas?

 

Which Pixel phone?

 

Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro. I'm not sure but I think they may all or mostly political ads.

 

It's more than likely not F-Secure, and it's just a coincidence that it started after upgrading. You can simply test this by uninstalling F-Secure.

It could be some rogue app running in the background (unlikely)
It could also be an open tab running the background and in that tab an ad loads in the form of a video. ( more likely)
YouTube is also bad about this. You think you've closed the app and it continues to run in the background.
Go to the home page, scroll from the bottom until you see open apps, scroll from left to right and choose clear all.
