So i have been making .bat files that removes Apps and Features so i was able to be able to completely remove Microsoft 3D Viewer.

But the Microsoft 3D Viewer is no longer on Microsoft store.

So i went on a hunt for a installer copy i found a few on internet archive.org.
    https://archive.org/search?query="3D+Viewer"+Microsoft+Windows

I found this one here https://archive.org/details/microsoft-3-d-viewer-installer

But i am not sure if there are safer ones i like to preserve stuff.

And scanned it with virus total but not sure about the results.

I have not installed it yet. So can some one scan it to make sure it's fine.

Every thing else was clean but this one
McAfee Scanner Ti!1BAC1839AE62 Acronis (Static ML) Undetected
    This is for windows 10.

One detection does not establish either that this is malware or that it is a false positive. An Internet Archive upload is not automatically an original Microsoft release, and the VirusTotal detection count alone cannot certify it as safe. I have not downloaded or analysed this file, so I cannot give it a clean bill of health.

Before installing anything, what is the exact downloaded filename and extension: an EXE/MSI wrapper, or an APPX/MSIX package? That matters because a wrapper and the app it contains are separate things to check. For an executable, check Properties > Digital Signatures and the signature details; a filename or Microsoft-looking icon is not evidence of the publisher. A valid signature helps establish provenance, but is not a guarantee that old software is secure.

For preservation, keep the original file separate from the machine you use daily, together with its source URL and SHA-256. Do not disable Defender or add an exclusion just to get it installed. If you want help interpreting the result, post the exact filename/type, signature status and the relevant detection details, rather than running it first.
