PCI input device

I have a Dell Dimension 4700 with a SB audigy 2 ZS and had to reboot my computer. When i reinstalled Windows XP i got a problem with the sound card and the main problem i have gathered is this the PCI slot is not recognizing the card and need to know how to make it recognize it so i can get the drivers installed for it i have tried several things on the dell site under drivers section to no sucsess if anyone has had this problem before maybe not with this model dell but another one please let me know how you fixed it so i can give it a try

 

Ok i checked the Bios to make sure didn't even think about that and it was turned off to make sure I turned it on again the reset and turned it off still have the same problem i know it has something to do with the MB and the PCI drivers just don't know how to get them to recognize devices on them mainly i think i need the drivers for the MB and didn't see them on the dell site. Also the sound card came insatlled with the system just a little more info so maybe someone can figure it out

 

Do you have any errors in Device Manager, and is the device displayed there?

Have you tried it in another PCI slot?

 

Yes i have tried placin git in another slot and same problem different slot. Yes there is a Yellow quesiont mark with the 2 problems i am having one the PCI input device, and 2 the multimedia audio controler
