Won't I get the same result if I buy a $500 vacuum cleaner and just go over the carpet twice?

This thing is incredible, and I'm very picky.

I can't fault it, and Dyson support is just as good. Worth every cent.

Hmm...Not trying to be funny, but I thought I've seen the exact-same thing in the store for two hundred bucks, or less. Unless I'm missing something here.

Maybe the salesman was just really, really cute!...

I dunno about Australian prices, but I've not seen them under 500.

 

Ours was 350.00, but I think it was the later model. The new DC-14 was selling for 429.00 at Best Buy.
But, we also got a kids Dyson for free with our purchase. Kolya loves to vacuum, and her favorite color is purple, so this is a perfect birthday present for her tomorrow.

Dunno what we've got, but it's a Dyson, had it for a few months now

 

mine is an old kenmore, it is noisy as hell and barely sucks, at least it gives me a chance to blast my music whenever my mom turns the stupid thing on, she cant even here it over the vaccuum when she is in the other room.

 

you know one day i forgot my sunroof open in my car. well that day it rained and that shop-vac dryed it up quick. so you know its best to get one of them for big spills in the house and out the house.



BTW: if ya'll want to know my car is out of order it needs a $90 part and i dont got the money i wonder how much do ya'll think i can get out of the pc in my sig?

I just open all the doors and windows when the wind is blowing hard. Whoosh.

 

There are NO Dyson models for $200. Cheapest one is the DC08 Origin which is about AUS$450.

There are however, plenty of cheap rip-offs, which are rubbish.


AUS$1000 is the retail. I actually got it for AUS$850 (US$640), but that was with a couple of extra attachments. (there is a joke there somewhere )
