1" border around viewing area

My babysitter was playing with our computer and changed some setting. Since then, i have a 1" border around the edge of the screen. I did try to change the screen resolution and that did not work. I then tried to go into the monitor size and zoom settings and enlarge the area. That did't work either. I even went to control panel>display and change the position setting to stretch but that did not work as well. Any other suggestions?

 

How about the settings on the moniter itself, I have a control panel on the front of my moniter.

Adjusting the controls on the front of the monitor was the second thing done.
