19" not 17"

Try to figure this one out, my monitor is a 19" monitor lcd, but shows as a
17" , cant figure how to change it and think its causing games to crash.
Any ideas??

If Windows doesn't have the right driver installed then you can change it manually.

Try going to the manufacturer's website and downloading the driver for your exact model. Then right-click on blank area of desktop->properties->settings->advanced->Monitor->properties->driver->update driver

In the wizard Install from specific location->Don't search->Have Disk and then browse to your downloaded file.
