    Hey!

I recently acquired an Acer 1810tz laptop but with no AC adapter.
But I have another Acer and a adapter that have the specs 19v 4.7A.

I don't no about the watt power on the AC but i think it's 90w and the laptop 30w.

First charge seemed harmless but I'm afraid it could damage the components of the laptop and kill the battery over time.

Can I keep using it until i get my hands on the new AC?

No, it won't. The laptop will only draw what power it needs from the adapter.
