2 Digital Games Not Loading..

..and I've looked for reasons why. Here's my PC info although it isn't showing that there is a new SSD drive in it, and I've checked to make sure it is working correctly. The old HDD is where I back up to using Macrium. The computer info is attached below.

Right now, I'm looking at the Graphics Card as a possible reason why one of the games won't load passed the Logo screen, and the other won't load even a logo screen. They are games I've purchased on Steam. I have many games that work perfectly, and the specs on these games say they do match my pc's requirements.

I've also validated the files integrities on each game, both test fine.

If anyone has a suggestion, or help, I would so appreciate it as I don't think the issue is file corruption, as others are running the games with similar pc's. I also don't think the games are out-dated, for use with my Windows 10 21H2 but I could be wrong. Here's some snips of my system,

I've also downloaded and ran GPU Shark since it said it was made for Radeon but I do not understand the numbers. I'll put a snip of that too.

 

I figured this out with the help of this article, so problem solved!

I had to delete all Microsoft C+ files, and replace them at the MS Visual C Runtime files download site:
