2 'google drive' programs at 'control panel' > 'add or remove' ?

Tried installing/using Chrome, mainly to try sending a text message (with 'talk' etc) to an iphone in Italy (phone service temporarily stopped for trip, but messages via icloud still possible).
But, too complicated to figure out how to use, and Chrome interface is (imho) a mess (compared with FF).

So, removed/uninstalled Chrome, but noticed 2 'google drive' programs at control panel>add or remove.
Browsing says need 'google drive' to save Google settings (like email etc)... but do need both ?
Seems like one may have been added with Chrome install, but not sure which one and if can delete one or other. :confused

    Thoughts ?
