    I finally got a hard drive for my old computer that works I got xp installed, but it says I have 2 installed, one works the other just restarts my computer, any way to uninstall the other one.

    You should properly change your boot.ini file... Click right button on "My computer" -> properties -> Advanced -> Startup and recovery settings -> Edit. If you don't know how it should be changed, post here the content of this file.
