2 questions I am itching to ask

#1 So I have multiple folders
on my C: drive under Documents and Settings

All Users
Default Users
Username(my user account)tyhjaws etc
Administrator

I have all these folder inside documents and settings?
I am the only person in the world that uses this computer usually I am logged in as Administrator using my UserName the 3rd line as described above
which one can I delete and etc I mean it gets confusing what do I need all these folders for and with all the hidden folders tinted out it gets more confusing.

#2 Evertime I am surfing and I try to upload a photo from my folder of photos it shows in icon mode, I then switch it to thumbnail. I wish when I opened a folder in XP from the web to upload a photo that they popped up in thumbnail view?

 

This is normal, they are default. It's safe to leave them, they're not taking up enough space to matter.
