2 questions re: Vista Ultimate

    Hello to all. I just upgraded to Vista and I cannot find out anywhere how to do the following:
    1)the monitor keeps locking after 5 minutes of inactivity.I have the power settings set to never turn off and also disabled the screensaver-no help.
    2)how do i require pressing ctrl+alt+del to log on?
