2 XP installations

    Sorry to bother everyone with probably simple and common question but I can't figure it out myself.
    I Have an installation of XP pro on my PC. Decided to upgrade it and added pair of Raptors in RAID 0. Did new installation of XP. To my surprise I ended up with 2 installations of XP and PC wouldn't boot wothout installation CD in cd-drive.
    Any thoughts? And to add to the insult I can't reformat old XP since it's system partition.
