2 xp issues

    Hi - First time posting here:eek: (Thanks for all help.)
    OS:win xp home sp2 / Dell Latitude D600/ 512 mgb ram

    I have 2 issues - not sure if they appear in HiJ log below, but:
    1. svchost.exe is causing error (Int. explorer hangs) -
    2. I want to eliminate a previous user of this computer named HECT (Administrator) - he appears as a user in task manager - but not in Control Panel User Profiles - I am signed in as GEOFF (Administrator). So,I should be able to access all other users of this computer.
