Going down to look at it later today. Found it at carmax of all places. 21k miles, 2 yrs old and the price is good. There is another one in FT. Worth Tx thats an extended cab instead of 4 full doors. I may have that shipped in if I can't find something else I like. I am just not sure about shiney new. I kick the crap out of trucks and I never wash them. It drives my wife insane. Just not sure I could be that brutal to a shiney new truck.

I hear ya xflat. Man, saw a purdy new 2004 2500HD 6.0L v8 4x4 today. I am furiously trying to figure out how to afford it. Daddy needs a new truck.

 

county by county doesnt matter out here in cali. they nail you for where you live. I can get 84 months at 4.74% , which is fine because I plan on having it like my last one. Have had it for 14 yrs. They are just damn expensive. After I get one used, pay for the extended warranty and change a few options, its more than a shiney new one.

I'll figure it out and hopefully soon. I am not sure how much longer I can stand driving the POS I drive now.

So I call up GM card to have my limit raised so I can rack up rebate points. New kitchen going in soon. I have been a member for 12 yrs, no late payments, no hiccups etc. I asked for a sizeable increase, they said we can give you part of it now and the rest in approx 10 days. Needless to say the 10 days has long since past. So I call them back and ask whats going on and who I can speak to and get this resolved promptly. They say there isn't anyone to speak with , all of the increases are done thru a computer and take 7-10 days. I said you must be kidding me. After being a member for 12 years in good standing there is no person I can speak to about raising my limit after getting the run around? Rep says yes.

I say do you want my business or not? Of course they can't answer. Really funny how credit card companies are basically beating down my door daily to offer me a card with an enormous limit, yet the one company I have stayed with for 12 years can't make a decision one way or the other...

I am gonna keep calling and complaining on the phone in hopes the conversation gets recorded
