I want one of these soooo bad.

The price is still very agreeable when fully loaded, too.

Alas, I still have 5 years left on my '04 Accord V6 EX-L Coupe, which has been a very good car to me.

been looking at those myself Adryn ( sadly we have not got the coupe as an option yet just the hatchback ), just a bit swayed by the next Fiat Stilo 2.4lt or the Focus ST3, Seat Leon TFSI... toy'd with the mad idea of a Porsche Cayman S, until my sensible chip took over :)

Just checked onthe conversion price for that Honda Civic Si at full spec £12k  I maybe coming to the states a bit sooner than expected to bring one of them home at that price..... in the UK they would most likely charge us near £17k ( $30000 )

Wow. That would be costly. Where do you go for conversion prices?

    You'd buy a Ford?

Not to start any battles, but there was recently an article in Motortrend about how their outsourcing has caused some serious quality issues and in turn lost them marketshare.

Saw one of these on show at my nearest Honda dealer, I fell in love with it straight away, and was up for a mere £11K!

They had the New Civic Si Coupe? all that Honda UKs webby site has listed is the hatchback, which doesnt look nearly as sexy as the coupe.

I thought the coupe was NA only. Honda is wierd like that.

I think I like the Acura RSX type-s styling a bit more. Same car just diff exterior, pretty much.

Actually, its not the same. The RSX-S is built off of the previous generation Civic, with a different body.

As well, for the price, its not worth it anymore. Acura is now quoting 201hp for the RSX-S, vs 197 for the Si. A fully loaded Si is still several thousand dollars less than a base Type S. Of course, base, Acura loads up their vehicles pretty nicely.

Don't get me wrong, I think the Type S is nice, I have driven one. But I don't feel for one second that the price is right for what it is. For a fully loaded RSX-S, I can spend a few grand more and buy an Acura TL which is a lot nicer.

Own both. 2005 Camry, 2004 Accord.

    Toyota is great--for wasting money.

Nothing like paying for a name.

I want a CCR but it costs too much and the insurance must cost at least 25 times the price...if only I could win the lottery.

By CCR are you refering to the Koenigsegg CCR? seriously nice car, the Bugatti Veyron is also has a bit of sexyness plus vroomability.

Yes, I am and it is seriously a nice car. The Veyron is alright but I don't really care for their paint scheme. The S7 looks like a very nice car but it is supposedly very loud even when idling, not that I can afford any of these cars.

I have the 03 Civic Coupe fully loaded, I absolutely love it, I decided to go with something that was reliable and good on gas, didint think id like the car also :)

If it withstands my work driving (min. 40 miles a day) Then Honda will definately be my next car, I had an 02 taurus before it, hated that thing.
