2343 Error on Software Install

    System: Vista Home Preimum 32bit, Build 6002:SP 2. How can I get rid of this error without reformatting my hard drive? I tried some 2343 corrector for Win 2000 but that didn't work. Anyway I can contact Microsoft and get it from them if the Installer is broke?

    I solved this by creating a new user ID with Admin privliges.
