3.5 floppy problem

    Hey all I have a problem.
    just bought a new floppy drive but my ATA cable wont hook to the back. Is there a connector to go from the ATA to this smaller conection.

    Use the floppy cable, since it needs to be connected to the floppy controller.

    I tried to conect to the floppy cable. Pc would not recognize it as a 3.5.
    Control panel saw it as a 5.25 drive.

    Check the Bios and make sure it's set to 3.5 and not 5.25.
