    Hi

Which Windows version are they using?

If its Vista and its in built Photo Gallery its legit or they may have downloaded the beta of Live PhotoGallery and it also is legit, but what Photo Gallery is it they have?

Could you post a shot of the popup windows that is trying to configure?

As for Admins, you will need 1 Admin account on the PC but the others can be changed to Standard Users via Control Panel > User Accounts.

    Hi

Great in the screenshot as it will narrow the application down, to good or bad, its could be possible if he has downloaded the latest Live Betas in Messenger etc that the installer for those are an all in one and will install all of the Live apps, in Messenger, Photo Gallery ( which is very good for a free and easy to use Photo archive and editing app ) Writer, and Live Toolbar.

The other thing is that he may have not installed the app but one of the other admins listed on that PC may have... or is he the only user? this then brings into cal the question of how did the other Admins appear on the PC, by that I mean how enabled and created them.

Has he run antivirus/malware software on the PC to get a quick check on his security status?
