3 problems

    When I try to restore it shows Dec. 30 1899. I am very sure that there was no computers back then. How can I fix this? Also I have no add/remove in my add/remove folder. What has caused this? I am having problems with my java and can not remove the older version. I run windows ME and have no Me Disk because it came without one. I miss playing my pogo. Thanks for any help I can get.
