3 processes running and using 50% proc

    I have 3 processes running

    pcmp3.exe
    catodbc.exe
    dlleula.exe

    Which are taking up 400,000 KB of memory and 50% cpu power.
    I have ran ad aware and spybot and full virus scan and same problem.

    Cannot find what these or where these processes come from .

    Any ideas ?

    Seems like one of 'em came from installing [pcmp3] mp3 software...I recognized EULA: does someone know of an e-mail program by that name? No clue about the odbc (debugging tool probably--you know, something that comes up after installing VB, JAVA compillers, etc.)?
