    Try MetaCrawler, http://www.metacrawler.com/info.metac.test.a2/search/home
Searched on 2xExplorer as a test.

    Results came back as:
    2xExplorer Z1 - Free software downloads and…
More feature-packed than Windows Explorer, 2xExplorer Z1 is nonetheless so lightweight it doesn't…

download.cnet.com/…8_4-10048326.html [Found On: Google, Yahoo! Search, Bing]

Returned with Search results on 3 Search Engines, as per above.

If you search and it is only on Google or Yahoo! Search or Bing, it will tell you that results are on 1, 2 or 3 Search Engines.

    Maybe worth a trial.

Personally, I hate Yahoo and Bing. Google is the only search engine I use. It's kinda scary that Google's so good... they might rule the world someday...

Try this one: http://www.ixquick.com/eng/aboutixquick/ It's older than the one below but it narrows the search far better than Startpage IMO.

They have also Startpage, same search provider as the one above. http://www.startpage.com/ However, recently they added Google to their search engine and therefore one sees thousands or more popping up when searching. They added a Firefox addon recently to Startpage.

Me too. ;) I always find what I want using Google, too. mcsmc. I only submitted this option to give alternatives to those who might like to try other Search engines.

Ixquick and Startpage search engines also support WOT. (Web Of Trust) ;) But I don't know if Opera supports WOT.
