32-bit OEM vista to 64-bit

    Is it true that the product key for 32-bit vista OEM works for 64-bit vista as well? If so, then all I need to do is obtain the installation disk for 64-bit vista right?

    But I've also heard that the interchangeable key is only for the retail version? Can anyone confirm that it works for the OEM version too?
