320G Harddrive Problem?

    I done all that m8 but i am also trying to get my 320G harddrive going aswel but i need to upload drivers for that aswel "but when done" it say

    E:\ is not accessible and access denied:confused

    can anyone help me please...?

    Looking Forward to this reply....:) that may help me get it going
