360 Security Killed My Vpn

I installed 360 security, on my pc at work, and my server. After running scaans, I can no longer access PC Anywhere from home, or the MS VPN on my file server from outside the network. I have one guy working from home that can no longer access the file server to d/l or upload files. I can no longer use PCAnywhere from my home to access the network at my job. All was working well prior to installing 360 Security. I deleted the entire program before I realized I should have looked in the quarantine files. OOPS ! Now how to fix ?

First I'd try to restore the computer to a time before 360 Security was installed.

I tried that first. 360 deleted prior restore points.

If you don't make images that you can restore, (I make monthly images for just such cases) then I guess you'll have to start again setting up PC Anywhere and MS VPN.
I've never used any sort of VPN so I'm useless as to giving advice on that.

One other thought, if you install 360 Security again, perhaps it allows you to see what is in quarantine. I don't know if that would work or not. You might want to try this first because VPN is already broken so it can't break it any further.

Thank you. I have thought to reinstall 360, and see if it gives me back the quarantined items. It really is a simple setup for the MS VPN. I suspect it has something to do with permissions. I am going to try to reinstall PCAnywhere to see if it fixes the issue.
