3DMark Vantage Error During CPU Test 1

It runs the previous two graphics tests well, at about 15-16 FPS average with the default settings and then about 15 seconds in the CPU test, it closes and I get this error in the attachment.

I have no idea what to do!

I got it to look up my system info and for some reason, it thinks my 32 bit processor is 64 bit:

Family Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz
Architecture 64-bit

However, in the Vista properties it is displayed correctly as 32 bit.
