4 Monitor Setup Advice

I have 4 monitors now connected to my computer.
2 are running off my dedicated GPU and the other 2 are running off my motherboard.
It's not used for a gaming setup. I simply needed it for more work space.

What arrangement would you recommend for 4 monitors? I tried horizontal, but I will need
a really long table to fit 4 monitors side by side and moving the mouse takes some time to get from
monitor 1 to monitor 4. I thought about doing a square setup (2 on the bottom and 2 on the top) so
instead of moving horizontally, I can move vertically. I'd have 2 setup horizontally and the other 2
directly above. Of course the only issue with that now is I'd have to look up a lot (neck strain?).

Which setup would you recommend?

I have used both setups and it depends on what I am doing. In a horizontal setup, it works fine if the far left/right monitors are just for status updates where I only need to occasionally access what is going on.

But if I am actively using open windows on all 4 monitors, a stacked orientation is much better.

HOWEVER - looking down is always much better than looking up. Not just for neck strain, but if your eyes are older like mine and you have multi-focal lenth (bifocals or even trifocals) glasses on. So I would not use a stacked orientation unless I can elevate my chair to about the top monitors' levels, or position all monitors some distance away (which introduces other issues).
