I'm getting an old 486DX4 back together. had to put in a new HD. it came
with a 480MB drive. I had to out in a 3.0GB drive. the bios showed it at 1 GB
but when I used a boot disk and looked at the drive it showed it at 3 GB.
it seems I remember problems with bioses not seeing large drives correctly.
when I fdisk it should I break it up into 3 drives?

Is anyone running any old 486's. I want to set this up to run the old games!

It works !!!! HA HA HA!!!! had some minor issues but got them sorted out.
Had more trouble getting an OS to work. it took a few tries but I got FreeDos
to run. Got the original X-COM running!!!!! Great games are back!
