   Hello,
   I've got 4gb of DDR2 ram, and it says 4.00gb in System Properties, but only 3gb in the Task Manager.
   
   Vista SP1 (32bit)
   
   Is there something wrong, or is this normal? I thought the 3gb/4gb thing was only an issue in XP.
