502 Proxy Error

Dear Majorgeeks Community

I am facing the following problem and I don't know how to proceed especially that Boingo

technical support doesn't give a bleep (They never answer the phone or reply to e-mails).



I received the following error while trying to connect to my BOINGO Hot Spot account:



502 Proxy Error


Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /login_py.

Reason: Error reading from remote server


Apache/2.0.53 (Fedora) Server at auth.hotspot.boingo.com Port 443



I was able to connect to the same Boingo account using my friend's computer without any

problem!!. I was connected yesterday night till I logged off and put my system on standby.

I really appreciate and need your help.
