8X AGP problem

I got a G force mm440 and a SiS MOBO, all was going well and then the system would get to windows logo and reboot (even in safe mode), so i formatted. Now i can get my graphics card to run in 8 X ?

ive tried everything i can think of to no avail, i downloaded the latest AGP bus drivers and also GFX card drivers. and theres nothing in my bois either.

when i run the AGP utillity it says the following:

Major/minor version 2.00

fast write yes (as i enabled it in bios)
SBA yes
supported rate 1x 2x 4x

same with video card.

any 1 help me ?
