A beginner needing some advice

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm looking to write a simple process that does the following:

    Whenever a certain process starts ( let's take mstsc.exe ), my process/program will automatically clear the local DNS Cache with minimal CPU usage.

    The advice I'm looking for is mainly what would I need to learn in order to be able to write such a process.
