Unhappy A Big Hello and a Question??
Hello Everyone!! This is probably the wrong place to post this but here goes anyway..

I have a Linksys Range Expander that I use to get on the internet with WIFI.. Yesterday everything went downhill and it quit working, so I took computer to the Best BUY store and the Geeks did a lot of stuff to it that I do not know what it was. They said it was fixed, well I got it home and hooked back up and GUESS WHAT?????..... I have no internet Explorer and cannot get on it or even reinstall it... I can get on line with FireFox and I have moved everything over to FireFox but do need IE for other things.. Do any of you know what to do??? Or how to get it back????

I have downloaded IE7 and have it on my desktop but when I run it it says that it cannot compleat...

One last thing I want to ask is should I uninstall the IE7 that is in my Add/Remove list before trying to install the new one... What do you think?? I am just lost and do not know what to do....:cry

 

Why can't you call the Geek Squad back to fix what they broke? I'm sure you paid good money to have it "fixed".

 

When I ask them yesterday how much I owed they said "NOTHING" I feel that they broke it and when I called today I was told to just bring it in and leave it. I then ask how much that would be and they said they did not know..... Sooo if I have to pay them I would rather pay someone else that will fix it right....I would have paid for the work they did but at the time did not know it was broke.. Thank you for your reply....
