That's like if you owed someone $35,000, and you gave them one dollar as payment.

Or you're in charge of a department with a $35,000 budget and you are instructed to do some trimming back. And you trim a dollar, boss probably wouldn't be too impressed.

Yeah, this whole budget thing is scary.
